Hocus Pocus

This is one of my favorite Halloween Movies. It reminds me so much of when I was in elementary and in middle school. It brings back a lot of memories of me and my brothers watching it on Halloween night. We would all sit on the living room floor, with our candy spread all over, swaping and stuffing our faces with treats. Oh the memories.

Mozzarella

Ingredients: One baguette, Small tomatoes, Olive Oil, Fresh Mozzarella, and Italian Seasoning
Directions: Slice the tomatoes, Baguette, and Mozzarella. Then Place the small pieces of bread on a baking dish, Coat each one with olive oil, then place the tomato slice on top, then the mozzarella slice, coat the mozzarella with some more olive oil and top it off with a sprinkle of Italian Seasoning. Bake in the oven until the cheese melts and the bread is toasted. Enjoy!

**for those in my family who didn't want tomatoes, we used a three cheese marinara sauce in place of the tomatoes. They ended up tasting like Pizza Bites. Very quick and easy!

Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte

Oops its half way gone! I almost forgot to take a picture of this for the blog. This is drink number 2 in my Project 10 cups (yes this is what I've decided to officially call it) this whole 10 drinks before the new year. I love when starbucks brings back their seasonal drinks. This one is wonderful! absolutley perfect for cool fall days or nights. I have about 2 more months to try 8 different Starbucks drinks that I've never tried before. Hmmm we'll see if I'll actually be able to do this.

HALLOWEEN HALLOWEEN HALLOWEEN

9 DAYS AWAY!

As you can see we are in the halloween mood! We have quite a bit of things to get done before Halloween night. We still need to pick out our pumpkins which we are going to do this weekend. We'll be going to a pumpkin patch this year, which I'm pretty excited about. I'm sure there will be a post about that in the next few days. Also my mom and I are in the process of planning our Halloween party menu. We are bringing back some party favorites and we also want to incorporate a few new recipes. I'm on the look out for Food Networks Halloween Special, so I hope to see it airing soon. And we still need to make our final costume decisions. I'm in such a festive mood, I just love this time of year!!

A Few Fall Essentials

Deep red/Burgundy lips are perfect for fall and winter.
I picked up the new Mac Pro longwear Lipcreme in Made to Last. Its very pigmented and lasts for hours. Its also quit staining which I like. The next shade I want to purchase is Sweet ever after. These retail for $16.00

I love love love Bath & Body Works Candles. I was so excited to drive over and smell all the fall scents. I literally was there for an hour smelling all of them over and over again. I finally decided on Cranberry Woods and my mom choose Autumn. They are amazing! Cranberry woods is the sweeter scent out of the two and Autumn smells just like apples and has a subtle spice scent. Its the perfect combination!

I love to burn my candles at night while I'm catching up on all my favorite blogs.
